Job Summary:

The County Public Service Board Wishes to recruit competent and qualified persons on permanent and pensionable terms to fill the following positions in the department of Health Services.

Duties And Responsibilities:

Duties And Responsibilities

• Offer specialized anesthesia nursing services at the county hospitals
• Responsible for the theatre and ICU management of Patients
• sensitizing patients and clients on preventive and promotive health
• coaching and mentoring students on attachment
• guiding and counseling patients, clients and staff on health issues;
• conducting ward rounds, reviewing and making appropriate referrals
• Any other relevant duty and responsibility within the County Health Department

Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher National Diploma in Nursing- Anesthesia from a recognized institution
• Diploma in Community Health Nursing from a recognized institution
• Valid practicing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya
• Registration certificate from the Nursing Council of Kenya
• Proficiency in Computer Application
