Tree Planting Initiative in Puma Ward
I had the privilege of leading a tree planting exercise in Mwadudua village, Puma Ward, Kinango Sub-county, where we planted 1000 tree seedlings, including bamboo, neem, and indigenous trees. This initiative is part of our commitment to environmental conservation and land rehabilitation, which plays a vital role in protecting water sources and preventing soil erosion. As a community, we must work together to safeguard our natural resources for future generations. The government is also addressing the water needs of residents by constructing mega dams, water pans, and sinking boreholes to support domestic use, irrigation, and livestock. I am grateful to the residents of Mwadudua for their active involvement in this initiative, and I encourage everyone to continue embracing eco-friendly practices for a greener and healthier future #MamaYukoKazini I had the privilege of leading a tree planting exercise in Mwadudua village, Puma Ward, Kinango Sub-county, where we planted 1000 tree seedlings, including bamboo, neem, and indigenous trees.
