I am honored to have hosted Dr. Mohamad Hery Saripudin, the Indonesian Ambassador to Kenya, who paid a courtesy visit to my office in Kwale. Together we had productive discussions on fostering a strong working relationship between the county government of Kwale and Indonesia. We deliberated on key areas of potential collaboration, including the blue economy, agriculture, mining, and energy sectors that hold immense promise for investment and development in Kwale. The Ambassador also took the opportunity to encourage Kwale students to explore educational opportunities through scholarships offered by the Indonesian government, further strengthening ties between our communities.
