Job Summary:

JOB GROUP 'H'

Duties And Responsibilities:

1. Assessing, planning, implementing nursing interventions and evaluating patient's outcomes;
2. Providing appropriate healthcare service including Integrated Management of Childhood Illnesses (IMCI), immunization, PMTCT, ante-natal care and delivery, providing health education and counseling to patients/clients and community on identified health needs;
3. Referring patients and clients appropriately;
4. Facilitating patients' admission and initiating discharge plans;
5. Maintaining records on patients/clients health condition and care;
6. Ensuring a tidy and safe clinical environment; collecting and compiling data.

Qualifications:

1. Hold a diploma in registered Nursing from a recognized institution
2. Registration Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Kenya;
3. Valid practicing license from Nursing Council of Kenya;
4. Certificate in computer applications from a recognized institution
