The administration has established the office of the county attorney office since inception, we have conducted all court matters internally having around twenty (20) cases so far. The gains of this milestone are that despite lacking budget, we have saved the county millions of money in legal fees and importantly we have recorded a number of wins so far. A case in point is the Lunga Lunga Ranch which we have candidly defended it in Court. Our office is equally on record defending the Kwale Taveta Boundary case over Mackinnon Town. We are also fighting the Nyari Investments Estate case in the Supreme Court and by all legal means possible to protect the proprietary rights of the Samburu people. Our office will strive to defend the County in Court and pursue public interest litigation to protect the property of the County and the interest of the public.  The Office has also achieved preparation of the following:  The Kwale County Msambweni Referral Hospital Board Bill, 2023 The Kwale County Inspectorate Bill, 2023 The Kwale County Bursary and Scholarship Bill, 2023. The Finance Bill, 2023 Kwale County Health Improvement Financing Bill, 2023 Several Amendments to the County laws  Municipality By-Laws The Office has drafted key Municipality By-laws for both Diani and Kwale Municipalities.
